I cannot express how impressed I was with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a steaming hot cup of tea to warm me up from the chilly weather outside - a truly comforting touch. the ironing facilities in the room were a game-changer for me as I was able to quickly freshen up my clothes for a dinner reservation at the nearby About Thyme Restaurant. the free toiletries provided were luxurious, and the kitchen facilities, including the electric kettle and cookware, made me feel right at home. the flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area were ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I already cannot wait to return.
